We have received a large number of applications (Web Developer), and we want to give everyone a fair chance. Our goal is to be transparent with the process and ensure you feel comfortable throughout.
This interview is designed around real-time, practical use cases so you can showcase your actual skills. The tasks are designed to reflect real-world challenges we face, and if your blog stands out, we may even feature it on one of our websites.
Below is the full interview process:
1. Practical Task: SEO-Optimized Blog Writing
- Applicants will first complete a real-world assignment designed to test both technical and creative skills.
- Click this Interview – 1st round , where you will be given a blog topic in real time after filling out the form.
- Using the assigned topic, applicants must:
- Register an account on our WordPress website to write a blog post.
- Write an SEO-optimized article blog/post for the assigned topic, targeting users in USA.
- Ensure the content looks humanized and natural — feel free to use ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI tools for assistance, but avoid content that looks purely AI-generated or plagiarized.
- Feel free to leverage Rank Math for SEO checks and optimization.
- Create or generate AI-based images to accompany the blog (no watermarks, and relevant to the content).
- Submit the post directly on the WordPress site for review.
- Return to the interview form and submit the URL of the blog for review.
- If you’re not familiar with blogging, don’t worry — there are plenty of tutorials available on YouTube (link)that can guide you, and you’re welcome to learn from them.
- This task helps assess WordPress skills, SEO knowledge, content quality, creativity, research ability, and overall website development skills.
- Duration: Must be completed by end of day on September 30, or earlier if possible.

2. Skills/Experience & Technical Interview (Video Call – 30-60 Minutes)
- A one-on-one discussion focusing on the applicant’s past projects, professional background, and practical knowledge of WordPress, PHP, Node.js, API integrations, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Includes scenario-based technical questions to evaluate problem-solving and hands-on expertise.
3. Technical & Behavioral Round (Video Call – 30 Minutes)
- A final round combining light technical questions with behavioral assessment to understand communication skills, teamwork, learning attitude, and cultural fit.
- Focus on how candidates approach challenges, adapt to new technologies, and commit to delivering results consistently.
